Information we collect
- Information you submit, including your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional work email, company, country, and the type of help you are interested in.
- Messages you send to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical information generated when the site loads, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs handled by our hosting and content-delivery providers.
We do not ask for payment-card information through this website and we do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
- To respond to walkthrough requests and business enquiries.
- To understand whether Nordlys Sales Coach, AI workflows, automation, or another service may fit your organisation.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who receives information
We share information only as needed with service providers that support the website and our communications. These may include our hosting provider, Resend for lead-notification email, infrastructure and content-delivery providers, and WhatsApp when you choose that contact channel. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Nordlys does not currently use advertising cookies. The site loads media, fonts, 3D experiences, and software from external providers, which may receive ordinary technical request information when those resources load. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.

We may update this policy as the product, company, or law changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
